Brandon Matthews is a keynote speaker, TEDx speaker, and organizational culture expert who has spent more than 20 years building and leading organizations. He's worked with teams at Whirlpool, AT&T, Emirates NBD, Diehl Aerospace, and Guardian Pharmacy, and his message is simple: culture isn't a perk. It's the whole game.

His career started at 16 as cold-calling telemarketer (he’ll say his script on request), and he later led customer service teams at Apple. Since then, he's built three organizations from the ground up: a church that grew from his living room to thousands of people across two cities, Vine Network, which launches military chaplains around the world, and the CADCA Coalition for the city of Alabaster, AL. Every principle he teaches was learned the hard way, in rooms he was responsible for.

Brandon is the host of the Mind Your Business podcast, where personal and professional growth meet. The show helps listeners rethink how they show up at work and in life.

Of all his roles, his favorites are husband to Jen and dad to Asher. They live in Birmingham, Alabama, with their French Bulldog, Chief, and too many aquariums.
